Our new hours are Monday – Friday from 7am – 6pm. Now it easier than ever to schedule an appointment before work or when the kids get out school in the afternoon.

February is heart health month, and Friday, February 3, 2017 is National Wear Red Day. The physicians and staff at Prime Care Family Practice will be wearing our best red on February 3 in support of heart health. Join us in the effort to bring awareness to heart health!

Merry Christmas from everyone at Prime Care Family Practice!
Our office will be closed Monday, December 26th to observe the holiday. We will resume regular office hours on Tuesday, December 27th. Please plan ahead for any prescription refills or routine appointments.
PrimeCare Family Practice will be closed Thursday, November 24th for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Normal office hours will resume on Friday, November 25th.
