Education

Takara started her nursing career in 2006 graduating as a LPN from Lebanon County Career and Technology Center in Lebanon, PA, then going on to receive a Diploma in Nursing in 2011 from Southside Regional Medical Center School of Nursing in Petersburg, VA.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from degree Chamberlain College of Nursing in Downer’s Grove, IL in 2014 and her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2017.
